Sound Confession are a metal band from Bristol, England and consists of members from various locations around the UK. Ian Starr brings bass thumping beats from his home town Bristol, whilst James Hyde learnt his trade in Portsmouth before bringing his melodic rhythm to the West Country. Naz Bhatoo grew up in Bolton where he discovered his talent for finger licking explosive lead guitar, and Ian Thomas comes from Southampton where he learnt to play guitar and song write before deciding to smash out thunderous double kick beats on the drums. 

 

Sound Confession brings together influences from the likes of Iron Maiden, Metallica and Guns n Roses to create a melodic and up tempo style of power metal. They started gigging in June 2013 and quickly became a headline act at the biggest independent venue in Bristol, The Fleece.
